Response from ADLOPS, Guest Relations Manager at The Terrace Hotel Adelaide
Responded Mar 21, 2016
Dear Developments61 Apologies for the late response. We are very sorry your stay was not to our normal high standard and assure you your experience is important to us. We would encourage any guest who has a concern with any element of their stay to bring them to our friendly staff as not doing so limits our ability to investigate and fix the concern or issue and improve their current stay. Your photo's assisted us to identify the two rooms in question, one being the room you occupied and the other adjacent room. Both balconies have now been thoroughly cleaned and bought back to standard. Our cleaners have also been put on notice and advised that we expect the balconies to be cleaned as required and in a timely manner. Our efforts to deal with the pigeon problem are continuing and we are currently relocating the air-conditioner motors from floor to wall mounted and installing bird spikes to further discourage birds from using them as a nesting surface. Kind Regards Damian Gillings Executive Assistant Manager
