Thank you so much for your lovely review Lynne, and we really appreciate your feedback on the items you would find helpful here. The winter sun is difficult to capture with the height of one of the buildings, but you can always sun yourself on our amazing sun lounges in the middle of the resort. To further accommodate with this, we do heat the pools on the less sunny side through the cooler months. The spa jets are also an added bonus & due to the length of the pools, need to be positioned where all guests can access them, sorry you felt it was quite a walk. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and will return. Our staff look forward to welcoming you again.
