Hot tub is disgusting. Not sure it has ever been cleaned 🤮 The walls in the hallway are also covered in marks. I did not expect a new building to look so worn. Apartments are ok but was turned off by the uncleanliness of the shared spaces

Dear 26emilyr, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent stay at Oaks Woolloongabba. I am disappointed to read you did not enjoy your stay with us. I can assure you the spa's and pool are professionally serviced every week by a pool company, checked on a daily basis and cleaned in between as required. The waterline was promptly attended to by our maintenance staff and the concrete discolouration is in the process of rectification. We have also just completed a full wall clean of the internal walls on every level.
