Your feedback is very valuable to us and will serve as both an inspiration to the team to keep our extra efforts up and as motivation in finding room for growth and improvement. I was delighted to read that you generally had a good experience and highlighted some positive points. I am however disappointed to read of the issue with the in villa dining and that you did not enjoy the lucky dolphin snorkeling trip. Unfortunately we can never guarantee the dolphin spotting as this really is down to luck. The boat that is used for this trip is a traditional Maldivian boat called a Dhoni and we use this to offer an authentic Maldivian experience. I am sorry to read that you did not get offered any cold drinks on your trip, I believe these to be an isolated incidents and this is not the usual standard of service we provide. I can only apologize for the shortfalls and please be assured that I will be following this up with the relevant department heads to ensure such an instances do not happen again.
