We stayed here for 4 nights after a couple of weeks in Auroville we wanted a bit of luxury on the beach. The first room they showed us in the main block was really poor, it was I think still the same since they built the hotel 30 years ago. Not what I expect or have experienced

I have noted your concern regarding the room service being slow and have discussed the same with my operations team for corrective measures to ensure such instances do not recur. With regard to upkeep and maintenance related shortcomings at the swimming pool, I assure you that we are working towards addressing the same during our ongoing phased refurbishment. I deeply regret the inconvenience caused and extend my apologies for the same.
