We are sad to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with us, it seems that your information regarding our resort prior to your arrival did not help you understand our location. The Aquagrand is located on the South part of the island, away from the crouds, offering a serene unique set up for our guests. It's a 5 min ride to the town of Lindos or Pefkos, easily reachable by taxi or bus. Our resort states several restaurants, Pentapolis is available for breakfast and dinner on buffet style and is the one available for the guests booked on HB basis with no further charges applied. Taken the fact that we are a five star hotel, we make sure to have multiple culinary choices for our guests throughout the day. For lunchtime Olivino, Sensia on the beach and room service is available, for a snack or a richer meal, according to the guests preferrence. At dinner time Pentapolis and our gourmet restaurant the Blue Fin is available, every guest booked on HB basis may receive a 20% discount in the a la carte restaurants, if they choose to have either lunch instead of dinner either a dinner at the Blue fin instead for the Pentapolis. We apologise for the inconvience caused regarding the slow service experienced, this is definitely not the kind of service we like to provide to our guests. Our pools are not heated, we are considered to be one of the warmest spots throughout the mediterranean, and we regret to read that you found them too cold. The sunloungers all around the hotel are free of charge, the gazebos are with an additional charge, except the case of booking a particular room category included in the benefits of your booking. On a positive note, we are happy to read you enjoyed the decor and the room so much as well as the cleaningless of our premises and hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future.
