Hi Mikael, Thank you for taking some time and writing us a review. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us despite the unfortunate event of a blackout. This event has occurred due to an error in the fuse panel. The only one able to fix this issue has been the local electricity distributor. Therefore the blackout has been rather long, despite our own maintenance personnel working on the issue immediately. I do apologize for this incident and I perfectly understand, that it has affected your experience of our hotel. I'd like to thank you on the notes regarding the emergency stairs, this will be looked into.
