Your detailed description and analysis of your travel experiences will be indeed of great value for many travelers. We are so happy for your good words regarding our staff and our work. Those comments will be also passed to them all. Your suggestions are very important for us to daily improve ourselves. Therefore and after careful review of your feedback we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you might have encountered during your stay with us. We would also like to point out just a few things that we consider important to be brought on. Our staff is well trained and commited to achieve a high standard service at all time according to our core values. We want to stop and see on how we are doing things / procedures on this regard. Please allow us to inform you that we have already resent all your comments to the Restaurant manager to be taken into serious consideration. Dinning rules are stated according to company policies and we must follow them with no exception. But we will be happy to pass your opinion about it to the Management. Regarding your comments about TV Channels, it all comes with the TV package and depends on the TV operator already booked. Anyway we have passed your comments in order to see about the chances of implementing a more interesting TV package. We would like to take this one chance to thank you for your constructive suggestions, all of them. No doubt our guests feedbacks are the main information source for us to in order to get a pulse on how satisfied or dissatisfied our guests are and maybe come up with some new initiatives to be implemented in our hotel.
