I am sorry you had a less than memorable stay at Ambong-Ambong. As you rightly pointed out, we are nestled in the rainforest, and with this being the rainy season, running the air conditioner usually with the doors open would cause air condensation resulting in a damp environment, however we thank you for the feedback and I have asked the housekeeping team to increase the running frequency of our air dehumidifiers in the studio rooms, I only wish you could have brought this matters to our staff during your stay with us so that the necessary action could have been taken immediately. Nevertheless, thank you once again for the feedback and we wish you the very best in your future travels.
