Prachai L, It’s great to hear that you enjoyed our hotel and the service you received, particularly from Sim, she is a superstar. Sim started as the executive assistant when the hotel opened and we soon saw with her guest experience focus she was to valuable to leave there, and since then she has developed to our guest relations manager position.
