We are delighted to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your holiday with us and found our spacious and clean rooms, a la carte restaurants, water park and your cabana experience to your liking. Regarding your comment about the water slides working hours, we would like to notice that the slides are switched off for lunch time like in most of the hotels in this area. It’s nice to read that you enjoyed our delicious food, but at the same time it’s disappointing that sometimes your mealtimes was stressful for you. And we are sorry for inconveniences caused by behavior of some other guests, we wish we could have a way to assist with it. We’re confused to see your comment about the pyjama party. Actually, we haven’t had arranged any, as the pyjama party venue is currently being designed. Our entertainment team has been informing all our guests on this matter. There is a t-shirt coloring class in the mini-club which is charged extra and we guess you paid 10€ for this activity. In any case, we will gladly proceed necessary investigation to clarify this situation and provide you with more details if you contact us directly via button ‘E-mail Hotel’.
