Dear guest, We thank you for taking the time to share your experience after your stay at the Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna. We are sorry to learn that the room felt short of your expectations. I take this opportunity to inform you that we have started a massive restructuring plan for the rooms (currently, with 90 renovated rooms). We really hope we will have the chance to accommodate you in one of our newly renovated rooms on the occasion of a future stay. We would like to inform you that we provide with our in room mini-bar the necessary elements you need to open a bottle and drink or eat something. Our maids check and clean twice a day the room in order to make sure that our clients find these endowments. In case of forgetting, in spite of daily check, you can call our housekeeper or room service to have everything should you need. In room, you can find the room service price list but we don’t put the restaurant price list. If you need more information about our two other restaurants, you can call our food and beverage department or our restaurant manager by consulting our contact list in room. Be assured that all our restaurants have a price list at the entrance with the complete menu. We took notice of your comment regarding the lack of information about the spa. However, we want to inform you that we put in all our rooms a brochure dedicated to the spa and you can find opening times on the welcome passport provided at your arrival and our in room directory book with every information about the hotel. Moreover, our staff is always available to respond at every request from our guests. At guest arrival, we provide all the information in order to let our clients know about all our services, information that you can also find in your room. Regarding our food offer, I’d like to remind that we propose a show cooking buffet, in this way, our chefs can respond at every particular request and frequently renew the products at the buffet. However, we will not miss to share your comments with our chef and food and beverage manager. Be assured that the 5 stars were awarded following a thorough check by local authorities according to very specific criteria for obtaining the fifth star. However, it is always a pleasure to receive positive feedbacks. I will share your appreciation with our team.
