It's great that you all enjoyed your time with us and we're pleased to hear that you liked exploring the local area and made time to visit Woolacombe, as this has been twice voted the best beach in the UK - and deservingly so! However, please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced with TV channels but thank you for your understanding. This has now been fixed by an engineer who visited this week so I do hope you'll see the improvement during your next visit. We're also sorry that the WiFi wasn't as a strong a connection as you were expecting - should this happen again then please do let the team know so we can investigate. Our VIP Larkstone Lodges also offer a stronger connection capable of streaming video, etc so this could be something to look into for next time if that's particularly important to you.
