Thank you for your review, I am pleased to read that you liked our park and our facilities. I am really sorry you had issues with the cleanness of you caravan, this isn't our normal standards, I apologise for all the inconvenience. I have passed your comments to our accommodation manager. At Haven we put our guests safety first when come to use any of our park facilities and at the moment our tree house is not safe for our little guests, that is the reason we have restricted the access to our tree house. it, thank you so much for your understanding.
