Hello Katie, I'm very disappointed to hear that you weren't satisfied with your room. This certainly isn't what we'd expect for our guests. However, I'm happy that you can recognise this isn't our usual standard. Rest assured, all comments will be passed back to the hotels management team for them to have a further look in to this.
