Thank you for your feedback on TA and google, we are so pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay with us and you will be looking to return to Brooklands again in the future. The Spa is very popular with residents at the weekend and with spa days during the week and I am sorry at the peak time you had to wait to use the hot tub and relaxation area. In regards to refreshments we can serve drinks in the hot tub area however these have to be in plastic for health and safety reasons however proper glasses and crockery are used in the spa café area. I will share your feedback with the team so we can see how we can improve. Thank you again.
