Thank you for your review. I am sorry to read of your issues upon arrival to the park. Unfortunately we have suffered with quite a lot of rainfall over the past few weeks. We are currently looking into a better drainage system for the whole park & I am sure you would appreciate this is quite a task with the size of the park. We are also sorry that the accommodation had an issue with the sofa bed, we will get maintenance to look into this to try to avoid this happening again. It is great to read that you enjoyed the park itself including the abundance of wildlife that we have, which include our very own black & white hooter swans, the Leisure Centre, the showbar for the entertainment & the Fish & Chippery. I sincerely hope this does not put you off visiting again, where you will receive a warm welcome & our usual high standards.
