I am pleased that you were very satisfied with the quality of your room and Spa facilities. I am delighted that you made time for a stroll outdoors to visit our sunken garden, thought to have been a bear pit at the time of Henry VIII, and a very popular area with wedding photographers. We have very high standards of cleanliness at the hotel, and I do hope that you will accept our sincere apologies for our oversight on this occasion. I have discussed these issues with our Head Housekeeper, who will ensure her team are more diligent in future.
