It was very pleasing to hear your positive comments regarding our customer service team, we aim to make your experience a memorable one. We received a very positive email from the bride and groom who were delighted with everything so I apologise if your personal experience was disappointing. The bread was not deep fried as suggested and the main course was not served in oil but in a sauce. We planned together with the bride and groom for the big day and we received no request to serve the children at the time the starters were served. We supplied sandwiches for the evening which was exactly what was ordered. The scotch eggs were complimentary from our team of chefs. As a guest I apologise you were disappointed with the overall experience and what was delivered. However, the bride and groom were completely happy with what was provided. A letter from them personally has been received today expressing their satisfaction and delight from start to finish.
