Friendly service, luxury sushi decor & utensils. Most importantly freshly prepared fish. The torched salmon nigiri was fantastic, had the takayama selection very nice, the rice needed to be moulded a touch tighter but it was cooked perfectly- not claggy or hard. Decent wine list…
