Thank you Martin for taking time to write a review for us.We are pleased that the wedding went to plan and that the weather was good. We pride ourselves on giving the best customer service to our guests, this includes parking of cars, which in Llandudno can be difficult. Everything is kept crisp, fresh and clean by our amazing housekeeping team, they work jolly hard on a daily basis but always have a smile or a kind word no matter what.Our 'front of house' crew carry the luggage up to rooms as we don't have lift, but the views of the promenade etc from the third floor are wonderful.
