Many thanks for your detailed review which helps both us and other guests. We had briefly considered the Wabi-sabi or Japanese minimalist approach to decorations but honestly - its just not for us - we love our decorations and art. The weather was unseasonably warm and humid and although we provide fans in every room for just such an occasion the one you had was a little too powerful, we did have a more discreet one available - we always have options! Hats off to you both for climbing Snowdon - it was a very blustery day with changeable weather and I understand many people turned back.. Wed love to see you again and next time we promise a quieter fan. Kind regards Abbey House.
