Five course menu (without matched wine)
We opted for the 5 course menu. Very high quality produce with excellent flavours. The halibut and lamb were simply fantastic. It is best to remember that the menu will change but I'm sure subsequent versions will be just as good. Worthy of five stars. Highly recommended.
