Disappointed.
Came because of the good reviews here. Ordered tonkotsu ramen. Soup was soaking in a layer of oil, did not taste any like tonkostu (I am an Asian living in an Asian country). See the layer of oil in the photo. Ramen was soggy. No choice but to finish it because it was not cheap.…
