Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate feedback - both positive and negative. We are sorry that you experienced that our housekeeping was disappointing. We usually do get a lot of praise for our house cleaning department. The cleaning must be spotless however, and our housekeepers take much pride in keeping our hotel clean. What you experienced was not in order and we will discuss on our operational meeting. About our recycling - you are right we could buy additional bins. And that might be the solution in the future. We just wanted to do something right away and most guests appreciate what we are doing. As our cleaning department, will remove the recycling stuff from the floor each day, it will normally be a very short time you should put up with the mess. About the bathroom - Our bathrooms are different in size - some are small and some are spacious - but most of them are designed the traditional Copenhagen way - with shower curtains and not a cabinet. We are sorry you didn’t like it. We are updating the hotel including the bathrooms continuously, and this means that there are some variations over the property and our 155 rooms.
