We are sorry to know that your stay with us did not live up to you expectations and that you were disappointed with several parts of the service. As for your comments on the soundproofing of the room, it is of course something we will look into in order to see how we can improve our service in this area. As for your comments of the water in the shower, it is of course a mistake that it didn't have hot water. This is obviously not satisfactory so for that we truly apologize. Regarding our breakfast buffet we are so sorry that it did not match your expectations. We always strive to present a well-assorted selection of both hot and cold dishes, an extensive range of bread and pastry, fruits, coffee and juice, so we are very sorry that it did not meet your expectations. We will of review your feedback in order to take it into consideration for further improvements.
