Dear Christine, happy 1st wedding anniverssary and thank you for your comments, our Executive Chef Peter try very hard to deliver a French food experience at The Colonial, this month I wish to inform you that our menu will be completely revisited with many more new dishes, starting from appetizers, soups, main course, and desserts. As well we will do some "ambiance work" to The Colonial, thank you for the comments on our services. As for our dress code, you said it yourself I quote "dress code. I fully understand that they should have a dress code for fine dining" Unquote, as a respect to other guests, we will keep our dress code policy, Christine.
