Porto Photo: #VisitPortugal: The old lady across from our rental was up at the crack of dawn, standing on her balcony, watching the world beneath her while blasting music from a local Portuguese radio station at top volume. She never said a word, but her inquisitive eyes darted to and fro, up and down, taking it all in. In her lifetime, that old lady has seen her city change. She lives in two Portos; one dating back to the time of the Portuguese explorers, the other, racing to catch up with its future.
