The location of the hotel was finer for us although we did hear other guests (mainly American) complaining about a brisk 10 minute uphill walk into town. This is more than compensated for by the setting - perched above the Med with fantastic view across the sea. The pool area…

We are glad you enjoyed the wonderful location of our hotel and its breath-taking view of deep blue sea of Sicily, magnificent Etna and luxuriant coast of Giardini -Naxos. Our guests always appreciate the helpfulness and courtesy of all our staff, we regret that you have not experienced it. In regards to the spray for insects, unfortunately we schedule these actions on precise periods that must be respected.
