Dear Valued Guest, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed feedback and sharing it on Trip Advisor. Probably you arrived very early or before check in time, since we have a valet every afternoon greeting our guests and helping them with the luggage and parking. We are a bit surprised by your comments regarding the staff, since they are often praised for their professionalism and courtesy.
