Dear "CasaCarol" Thank you for choosing us and for your feedback about your stay with us, we are really sorry and concerned about your comments, since we offered another room and you prefered to stay facing the main road. We value all forms of guest feedback as an opportunity to continually improve our services and facilities for our guests. We are of course very concerned to learn about your disappointment with some of our rooms, speceally the ones facing the main street and with the big window arches, that in other hand our clients demand them, to enjoy the sun and the brightness of Cadiz. Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to meet your expectations. Finaly we inform you that durgin the end of this year we willl begin to change all the hotel´s windows to improve the acustic and climate insolation not only in the hotel in Cádiz but in the rest of Hoteles Monte stablishments.
