Our extensive breakfast buffet includes more than 100 different products with a special selection for children, vegetarians, vegans and people with allergies and food intolerances. It is lovely to read that we could convince you of our culinary offer. However, we are sorry that some members of our team did not leave a positive impression. Friendliness and hospitality are particularly important to us, thus we kindly ask you to inform us in similar situations directly so that we are able to talk with our colleagues about it and improve things. We are also sorry that your room was not cleaned impeccably. Of course we attach high importance to cleanliness in all our rooms and already discussed your comment with our housekeeping team in order to avoid such incidents in future.
