We were very pleased about your positive assessment and we also appreciate your critical comments which gives us the opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience caused by some of the other guests during your stay and by the wifi service which did not meet with your expectations. We regret this occurence and we will look into this matter with our provider and take appropriate measure. Also, be assured that at no point in time there has been a lack of security or any problem at all in the hotel and its surroundings since the opening of the temporary refugee camp last summer. No thieving in the petrol station nearby - we checked with them after we read your comments - and no lounging around in our lobby and on our premises.
