The hotel itself is cosy and in boutique style. The check-in and check out are way too simplified, the multi- function front desk/bar don’t even control the ID/Passports. The check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am, shorter than average hotel overnight length. The room is

Hi mounui, thank you for your feedback. Nice to hear that you liked our design so much. Our hotels’ concept is based on Lean Luxury, which means we do not offer everything, but rather the right things for the needs and interests of a modern traveller during city trips in central hotel locations. We forego certain things we seem as unnecessary (like a minibar or slippers in every room) and, therefore, invest in other things – such as organic breakfast, regional snacks and drinks as well as high-quality furnishings and a luxurious bed. As a matter of fact during popular breakfast times and the typical morning rush hour about 9:30 am it occasionally gets a little crowded in our café, like in a bistro - but it definitely never gets boring and you’ll directly catch the city’s vibe. To create a laid-back atmosphere we like varying regarding the different seat options to get away from the feel of this big and boring classic dining halls, wich is what we know from most of the hotels and don’t really love. That’s why we arranged little vintage bistro tables as well as cosy couches and leather armchairs, where you can also enjoy your breakfast. We’re sorry if we weren’t fast enough with refilling everything on the buffet and that you thought the juice might have lost its freshness, that definitely shouldn’t happen. The best way for us to react directly would be if you would mention that on site and tell our hosts so we can check and make up for it immediately. We hope to welcome you again in one of our hotels. Your Ruby Lilly Team
