Dear Natalie, Thank you so much for this feedback. We appreciate that you enjoyed your stay with us, our central location and our staff. We do love animals and always welcome them with pleasure at Quai des Pontis, although it is always good to get in touch with us prior to arrival to be sure you have the proper room with them. I am very sorry that you loved the place but thought it "overpriced", in fact we pride ourselves in offering very reasonable prices : for the room you occupied, the price is 85€/night for 2 persons, I wouldn't assume that it is very pricy for a very central 3* hotel with parc, garden, swimming pool, near the river. Be assured that we will continue to do our best in order to provide the best possible service at the best price. We hope to welcome you again soon.
