Got to Bistrot Paul Bert at 6:30pm and was told that we would need a reservation as it was fully booked for the night. Luckily for us, the managed to accommodate 2 of us at 7:30pm which is the time they open. We were seated promptly at 7:30pm with smiles from the friendly wait…
