Dear Ives5, Thank you for your review. As you say, problems occur, and an air conditioning unit failed on the Thursday evening that you stayed, concerning the rooms on 2 floors. The night porter was unable to fix the problem and called the day receptionist who came back to the hotel out of hours to try and find a solution. Unfortunately he was unable to do so and a technician could not come before the following morning. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to offer an alternative room. Early the next morning, everything was back to normal.
