Dear PWinnEastSussex, First of all Congratulations for the marathon!!! Thank you for choosing the Elysées Union hotel for your stay in Paris. Thank you for sharing your experience with the other members of Tripadvisor. You have notice the location near the major sightseeing spot such as the Champs élysées with its famous shops, the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower that you can also see from the hotel. And in a nice surrounding area where you can easily find restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and the public transportation. During your stay you have also mentionned the nice and clean room you had and we thank you for our efficient housekeeping. About our staff don't hesitate to ask them for any demand or question they will be glad to help you.
