Dear Tom, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. The furniture has all been reupholstered in the bar and in most areas around the hotel. We have new furniture and bedding in approx 3/4's of the bedrooms and intend to finish the upgrade over the coming months. I was working each of the days of the conference and was in the restaurant for both buffet lunches and nobody raised any issues with regards the buffet. We had two options on the days, soup & sandwiches with tea & coffee for 9.95 euro or for 11.50 euro their was also the hot food option which over the days did have a pasta dish, chicken a la king & beef stroganoff amongst other things. The feedback we have received from all involved in organising the event has been extremely positive. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
