I am dissappointed to see that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us here at Smithfield. I can assure you that our rates are based on the occupancy levels within Dublin and are in line with fellow 3 star hotels in the city centre. Had a member of the team been made aware of your issues with your bedroom I am sure they would have been able to rectify the issues to the best of their abilities.
