I will personally see Emma to ensure she is aware of your post, its so special when a guest highlights a team member specifically and i thank you for that. You chose well with the bespoke menu, it is my absolute favourite and was devised with chef and myself selfishly on what i would like to see on my wedding day, so we have very similar good taste shall we say.
