It's a walk from town
As a pub it's good. Just don't expect great food. Basically it is burgers and chips and pure uninteresting pub grub. I'd imagine a balmy summers evening by the river would be fantastic, but honestly, drink and don't eat. Arundel town centre has so much more to offer.
