Hi there Mrs_Ramjam, Firstly we would just like to say how great it is to hear that you have been enjoying yourselves at our sister pubs, and that you considered coming back to us. We take great pride in our roast dinners here at The Hare and Hounds, and the first box that needs ticking is the quality. So your comments on the food definitely put us at ease that we are on the right track. The 'little things' we missed are a bugbear to us as to you, we can assure you that we have taken your comments to heart, and will make sure our staff, both in the kitchen and on the floor, get the sufficient attention and training so these slip ups become a thing of the past. Getting 10/10 for our toilets may seem small but we thank you for noticing, its harder to keep an eye on than you think. Thank you, William Watson Assistant Manager
