We are delighted to read that you had an enjoyable stay with us and it’s great to know that our dedicated teams were able to look after you so well on your birthday. It’s wonderful to hear that you were able to take full advantage of our facilities here and thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and our Hudson’s restaurant for both Afternoon Tea and Dinner during your time with us. We are very proud of our hotel and our teams work extremely hard to ensure that we provide an intimate service to our guests, so it’s a shame to hear that you feel as though we let ourselves down slightly in the restaurant. Hopefully this didn’t reflect too badly on your time with us and that we will be able to redeem ourselves on your next visit. We are currently looking forward to a complete redesign of the hotel decor including the restaurant and bar and an extension which will create another 107 bedrooms – so be sure to keep an eye out on our progression over the next couple of years!
