I am very sorry to hear that showeer was blocked however we do have 24 hours maintenance team available to resolve any guest concerns. We will try and investigate issues with Wi-Fi and room temperature. As we do not get any complaints for the mentioned issues. We are very sorry to hear that the room and bed size was small however that is a standard size we normally have in London.
