Used to be great before Holiday Inn took it over!
We arrived on the day that Holiday Inn took over from the lovely Kensington Close hotel. Not advised or warned. Total shock and total chaos. Felt very sorry for the staff, who were apparently only told 2 months ago, and only told the night before it actually happened. Lovely…
