In need of upgrades.
Room in need of refurb- so glad we never paid full price.Stayed in Premier Inn night before and
Ordinary and v small rooms. Ok breakfast.

Booked an executive suite for a special occasion to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The suite was basically two interconnecting rooms one of which had the lift cut out of it making it quite small. The bathroom was appalling. Tiny space, very claustrophobic with the enamel

Dear nequest, Thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns with us. I was disturbed to learn of the level of dissatisfaction caused to you during your recent stay at our hotel and must apologise for the failings in service. I have shared your feedback with our management team at the hotel and they were as disappointed as I was to know that you had a poor experience with us. There was clearly a breakdown in communication on our part and I have discussed this with the Front Desk Manager in order that he can conduct the necessary training in the department. In addition to this we will be carrying out further inspections of our rooms. I can assure you that this is not reflective of the usual level of service offered at our hotel and I would like to discuss this matter further with you.
