Please note that we don't differentiate between online bookings, especially as some of our best rooms are furthest from the lifts, including our Royal Penthouse, next time please ask for a room adjacent to an elevator and we will accommodate. Apologies that you were not given the choice of a newspaper, this should be offered to all of our guests, and we will advise the Reception team of their oversight. The hotel offers the fastest 1Gb WiFi, and we very rarely have issues, although sometimes with a building of this size we can experience intermittent problems. On turndown all of our guests are left bottles of complimentary water, again if you did not receive yours please accept our apologies, and we will make Housekeeping aware.
