We're pleased you enjoyed the hotel's central location. Our proximity to Liverpool's main attractions does make us a great base for exploring the city. With regards to the housekeeping not being done every day, it does state on our booking.com page that housekeeping is only carried out every other day, and this is again advised in the guest information sent once the booking is made. I do apologies however that it took so long for our staff to bring you clean towels and as a result making you late. This is not acceptable and staff will be spoke to about this. I'd also like to apologies for the damp on the wall in your room. It has been an on-going issue due to a leak in the roof and with the hotel being at full capacity, resulting in an inability to get maintenance properly carried out.
