In The Sky With Diamonds
This was my second visit to Panoramic 34 and it did not disappoint. This time we came for afternoon tea. The restaurant has such a special location, 34 floors up, overlooking the city and the Mersey. The service is excellent and welcoming, attentive but not over intrusive.
